The Department:
The BrandDepartment is responsible for the development and maintenance of the company’s casino brands through assessment, reviews and executing new developments to maintain the integrity of our casino gaming brands across multiple channels, while working across the various team to achieve brands to an excellent standard.
Purpose of Job:
The Brand Coordinator will maintain and improve the casino gaming brands across the various platforms monitoring websites for a quality user experience.They will work on jobs both internally and with external partners to ensure work has been fulfilled to highest quality, assessed and delivered timeously and within legal requirements. They will ensure highest quality work through operational excellence, clear communication and efficient execution with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
The position will involve the following areas of responsibility:
- Responsible for website quality and maintenance
- Updating in required CMS
- To fully understand all website pages, functionality and where different departments internally and externally interact with the brands to keep everything is running optimally
- Responsible for the operational maintenance of the brands
- Maintaining and improving existing casino gaming brand websites, including tracking, updating and monitoring all casino gaming brand assets
- Maintain brands’ websites to highest attention to detail with direction from Brand Manager and Head of Brands and Product
- Responsible for resolving all bugs and functionality issues for the brands’ website and marketing collateral
- Responsible for the updates on the sites, to review content and games updated through GEO analysis
- Assess tasks done by internal teams to confirm completed to the highest level and meets the request specifications
- Deliver work within the business and/or to our external partners
- Updating relevant asset lists to maintain order with business collateral
- Work closely with the Traffic Manager& Brand Manager to achieve deadlines within business and business partners
- Accurate and efficient understanding of the relevant areas of the business
- Building strong relationships with internal team members and relevant external partners
- Report progress across brand projects across teams to BrandManager & Line Manager, as well as meetings with the business as required
- Working closely with Brand Manager to release new QA’ed content, functionality to the website
- Following brand, company and legal guidelines throughout all tasks

Essential Criteria:
- Solid experience within Website Management
- Strong and clear communication across teams as well as having direct contact with team leads to resolve issues efficiently
