The Department:
The Creative Department is geared towards delivering content which converts and retains players and affiliates utilising current trends and marketing channels.
Purpose of Job:
The focus of the Copy & Content Creator is to work between teams conceptualising campaigns and delivering briefs while remaining brand specific, localising content and driving campaigns. While doing so supporting the conversion and retention of players and affiliates.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
The position will involve the following areas of responsibility:
- Keeping Brand Identity documents up to date with Brand Manager
- Reflecting on these while reviewing and creating the content for each brand website
- Clear understanding of the websites and their functionality in order to understand where content is placed throughout the sites, as well as required in order to write clear and correct Casino Reviews for the acquisition them
- Perform competitor research
- R&D as well as firm understanding of localisation for the target markets in which we operate
- Adding and keeping resource and website content material updated where applicable alongside Brand Manager
- Writing and updating existing content to ensure our visitors will get compliant, relevant and useful information
- Creating, reviewing and managing SEO content for the websites using SEO tools and executing SEO best practices
- Perform topic and keyword research and incorporate in new and existing content
- Planning and Creation of content to be used across multiple vertical marketing campaigns with Head of Strategy
- Creative campaign planning and managing annual marketing planner with key team members while servicing the Retention, Acquisition and VIP Teams
- Research current trends around the marketing channels
- Creation of monthly campaigns alongside the Retention and Design team for our Casino brands
- Reviewing and creating content for our affiliate websites
- Review and update acquisition material, onsite, transactional emails and affiliate communication
- Keeping Acquisition sales content up to date as well as reviewing at required intervals
- Writing of Casino Affiliates reviews, with eye for detail in actioning localisation and brand technical specs and objectives
- Strong editing & proofreading skills with a sharp eye for errors
- Working closely with Traffic Manager, Head of Strategy, Senior Designers and Operations Manager to understand the priority of work and business priorities
- Working closely with the Design, Operations, Acquisitions and Retention teams.
- Understanding localised regulations which are essential for Compliance and Legal requirements
- Proven work experience and qualifications in writing and marketing
